Gibbet Hill Grill is a family owned and operated business. The basis of the Webber Restaurant Group founded in 2004.

  • During the growing season, more than half of the menu comes from the farm.

Busser, Server Assistant & Bar backs:

  • 1 year or more as a food runner, bar back or busser in a full-service restaurant;
  • Passion for hospitality and service;
  • Strong team player – must be able to partner with servers , bartenders and peers to ensure an amazing guest experience;
  • The ability to have fun and be oneself at work.

The Location:

We are located right outside of Groton center on 61 Lowell Road across from Lawrence Academy.
